Isufit, Femi Premium’s Time & Attendance system, is a mobile app used by 3,500 employees and freelancers daily to report their work time, attach relevant documents and export data. The system was chosen as part of the company’s “green” initiative to reduce paper usage and optimize internal processes. To improve the user experience and encourage more employees to use it, our team was tasked with redesigning the system. We began with user research and wireframe creation, while taking into account the technology and limitations of the existing system.
Our redesign was based on Google’s Material Design guidelines, which allowed for easier implementation, saved time and money, and guaranteed a modern and cohesive design. We focused on removing unnecessary elements, improving existing ones, and adding new elements that were needed based on the system’s capabilities. The result was a significant improvement in Isufit’s usability, as demonstrated by the final user tests.
Overall, the redesign was a success and aligned with Femi Premium’s green agenda, making it easier for employees to report their work time digitally while contributing to a more sustainable workplace. We are proud of the outcome and look forward to continuing to improve and optimize Isufit to better serve its users.
