We have joined forces with the in-house designers to help them streamline processes and improve collaboration between product and development departments.
Our goal is to provide them with the necessary tools, resources, and guidance to help them create a more efficient and productive workflow.
Eventually, we replaced their in-house designers and fully supported and designed the product.
Under Adam’s leadership, our team was able to dramatically expand the design system with comprehensive documentation and create multi-platform features that worked seamlessly on both mobile and web applications.
This allowed us to improve the user experience, increase productivity across departments and make sure that we kept up with modern trends in the industry.
